I tried the online quotes; but it did not work for me By the grace of God, I ran into several State Farm agents and the majority appeared to be professional and interested in my situation. Meeting Michael was a gift from above and he worked diligently with me and guided me carefully, and patiently through the process. When I make long term financial decisions, I like to believe that I have made the best at that time and Michael was knowledgeable and helped me tremendously. The online systems do not work efficiently enough at this time in my opinion. They need more attention and perhaps better trained development personnel to insure that the systems are working properly.
